Lesa was born and raised in southern Minnesota where she currently lives with her husband, Tanner, and their two children, Ryann and Callan. Her daughter Ryann was diagnosed with an arrhythmia at her 9 month well child check which had unknowingly put her into heart failure. Ryann spent 2 weeks in the pediatric ICU followed by years of medications, testing, and follow up appointments. Lesa has a number of other heart warriors and a heart angel within her family which drives her passion to serve the CHD and heart family community. She has been a volunteer for Lasting Imprint since 2017 and is proud to be part of such a strong, supportive community.
